Broadcasting with Wavecam
Wavecam provides any view, capturing all of the shots traditionally used in any local, regional, or national game-of-the-week broadcast, but also provides the added value of aerial shots never before available, increasing aesthetics and fan excitement. Wavecam gives any event a prime time look and feel.
Integrating Wavecam into broadcast productions simply requires connecting the video signal from the Wavecam Flight Center to the broadcast truck or Internet connection. Because of the company's permanent installation strategy, Wavecam takes just minutes to set up. With multiple Wavecams installed in a venue, no other cameras are necessary to produce an event. Of course, Wavecam can also be used to complement camera set-ups for traditional broadcasts.
The Suspended Camera Control System is so unobtrusive it is barely noticeable. Wavecam can be positioned very close to game action without obstruction. As a result, Wavecam gives broadcast audiences views as if they were in the front row or on the field of play.
